From Design File to Finished Part
As Fast as 24 Hours
Upload your 3D model file — our system automatically analyzes printability and delivers an accurate quote in under 30 seconds. Choose your process, material, and post-processing options, and once the order is confirmed it immediately enters the production queue. Our intelligent scheduling system allocates capacity in real time, ensuring every order is fulfilled at maximum speed. Whether a single prototype or a batch of thousands, the workflow is identical — transparent and efficient.
How It Works
Upload Model
Supports STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, and other major formats. Single file up to 500 MB, batch upload supported. The system automatically checks printability, identifying overhangs, insufficient wall thickness, non-manifold geometry, and other common issues — with suggested fixes.
Smart Quote
Model analysis completes in 30 seconds. Based on geometric complexity, volume, surface area, and other parameters, the system automatically recommends the best-fit process and provides a price comparison across technologies. Freely switch between process and material combinations to fit your budget and performance needs — what you see is what you get.
Manufacturing
Once the order is confirmed, it enters our intelligent scheduling system immediately. 30+ industrial machines dispatch in real time to minimize wait time. Track production progress live via your order page, with SMS notifications at key milestones.
QC & Delivery
Every finished part undergoes strict dimensional inspection before leaving the factory. Precision parts can include a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) inspection report. After QC, parts ship within 24–72 hours via SF Express. Same-day local delivery available for urgent orders. Non-conforming parts are remade at no charge — no disputes necessary.
Supported Technologies
Five major 3D printing technologies covering every use case from rapid prototyping to end-use parts.
FDM — Fused Deposition Modeling
The most cost-effective 3D printing process, ideal for large functional prototypes and structural validation parts. Supports PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PC, and many other thermoplastic materials, including multi-color printing.
SLA — Stereolithography
The highest-precision resin printing process with exceptional surface finish. Ideal for appearance validation, jewelry casting patterns, medical surgical guides, and fine-detail structural parts. Supports a wide range of functional resins.
SLS — Selective Laser Sintering
A support-free powder sintering process capable of printing highly complex internal cavities and functional nylon parts. Mechanical properties approach injection-molded nylon. Widely used for industrial functional parts and small-batch production.
MJF — Multi Jet Fusion
HP industrial-grade printing technology with extremely high throughput for batch production. Nylon parts feature uniform density and excellent mechanical properties. Supports full-black and full-color printing — the preferred process for mass production of end-use parts.
